Job Description:
As a Composite Laminator, you will play a key role in fabricating composite components using hand-lamination processes and equipment. You'll ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards while working on tasks such as pattern building, lamination, prepreg processes, and RTM.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to health and safety policies and quality procedures.
Manufacture complex composite products, including mold preparation, resin mixing, and vacuum bagging.
Operate equipment like CNC Ply Cutters and 3 Axis Routers (training provided).
Troubleshoot and solve issues during the laminating process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Complete timesheets and use relevant software like Excel.
Job Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline or proven experience in composite laminating.
Strong technical and communication skills.
