We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £85 to £100 per day, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication.

As an integral member of our SEN support team, you'll work closely with students, teachers, and external professionals to provide personalised support and encouragement. • Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.

• Implementing strategies to support students' social and emotional development.

• Collaborating with teachers and external professionals to develop personalised support plans.
