Purpose of Role:
- Support the Compliance Team in all facets of their responsibilities.
- Balance professionalism with approachability to address the needs of clients and staff.
- Assist in additional business areas as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To sort all related correspondence and record on relevant systems
- Deal and respond to any emails
- Call all temporary staff for relevant updates to their training, health questionnaire, DBS renewal, appraisals and references
- Assist with Social Media
- Point of contact for all relevant candidate enquiries
- Assist with the compliance team’s admin as required
- Assist with any audits by external bodies
- Keep staff records up to date on all relevant systems
- To liaise with clients and staff in a professional and appropriate manner.
- To accurately complete all documentation to company standards
- To participate in training and development activities, to ensure up to date knowledge and skills
- To keep in line with any current Framework/Client compliance and legislative requirements
- To strive to exceed targets set.
- To provide a service that respects the confidential nature of the work
