Education and Training Lead Nurse

Lloyds Clinical are seeking a dynamic Education and Training Lead Nurse to support the delivery of clinical excellence.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team to help shape the future of clinical homecare, guiding the delivery of evidence-based best practices, driving quality improvements, and identifying commercial opportunities.
You will take charge of scoping, implementing, and evaluating education and training provisions, ensuring that the strategy and vision align with both the clinical and business goals of the organization.
You will lead and develop a team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure that each team member reaches their full potential.
Your leadership will be critical in fostering a high-performance culture, where the team plays an integral role in driving the success and growth of our homecare services.

Your expertise in clinical education will be complemented by your proven track record of converting evidence-based educational concepts into successful outcomes, while also driving change and improvements across clinical teams.
You will also have a sound understanding of business development.
Adaptability, flexibility, and the maintenance of clinical skills in line with business requirements will be crucial, along with a full UK driving licence to travel as required.
