About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead with a focus on Third-Party Risk to join our team. You will play a crucial role in analysing ransomware threats, data breaches, and other cyber risks impacting our third-party relationships. Your expertise will guide key decision-makers in identifying and mitigating the most severe cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert analysis on ransomware, data breaches, and other cybersecurity threats to third parties.
- Develop and implement Intelligence Requirements and Collection Plans to assess threats to suppliers.
- Engage with vendors and industry partners to evaluate security risks and opportunities.
- Create and maintain a methodology to prioritize third-party relationships based on cyber threat exposure.
- Represent Threat Intelligence by delivering assessments and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning for Threat Intelligence, including the development of 1-3 year action plans and resource allocation.
What You Bring:
- Extensive subject-matter expertise in cyber threats and risk analysis.
- Strong ability to translate intelligence into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Experience in developing intelligence problem statements and hypotheses .
- Proficiency with intelligence platforms such as Recorded Future and deep/dark web research methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, but not essential):
- Experience in Cyber Fraud Fusion, Fraud Intelligence, or Threat Intelligence in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime investigation best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics, graph analytics, or relational analysis within a fraud threat environment.
