The Role

As a Lawyer within the Lending team, you will have strong experience in residential property work.

  • Managing your own caseload.
  • Providing transactional support and advise to short term lender clients and borrowers
  • Working within the team.
  • Liaising with clients to provide legal solutions.
  • Promote and market the firm where appropriate.
  • Buy- to- let transactions.

Who will be

  • NQ -2-year PQE, UK Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Technically strong in residential property work
  • High accuracy levels
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Provides good attention to detail.
  • Prior knowledge of a case management systems
