The Role As Engineering Manager (Structural), you'll lead our design team, oversee workflows, and ensure all structural designs meet the latest codes and standards.

The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a driven and experienced Structural Engineer with strong leadership skills.
If you're passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you About you: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in domestic, residential, and commercial sectors.
Degree-qualified (B.Eng minimum) in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Chartered membership with IStructE and/or ICE.
Strong knowledge of Tekla Tedds, Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office (Bentley STAAD experience is a plus).
Comprehensive understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes.
Familiarity with Highways AIP process and basic drainage design.
Solid grasp of CDM Regulations 2015 and health & safety requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving projects.
A valid clean driving licence.
