Would you like to start your career in the exciting world of software?
We have a fully remote customer success executive position, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships.

You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Understand customer needs and pain points, and help them achieve their goals through our products and services
Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar customer-facing role
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Familiarity with customer success metrics and best practices
Fluent in English
