Private Client Fee Earner (Full Time or Part Time)
 A well-established law firm based in Windsor, UK is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or fully qualified Legal Executive to join its renowned Wills & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for delivering expert legal services to individuals and businesses.

With a history dating back to the late 19th century, the firm provides specialist legal services across commercial and residential property, wills, trusts, probate, family law, litigation, employment law, and company and commercial law. It serves clients locally, as well as nationally and internationally. Known for a friendly, knowledgeable, and client-focused approach, the firm has built a reputation for excellence.

The Role
The successful candidate will join a dedicated Private Client team with extensive experience in managing the affairs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a full caseload of Wills, LPAs, estate administration, and trust work
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice and client support
  • Meeting fee-earning and caseload targets in line with firm processes
  • Participating in business development and networking activities
  • Advising on tax matters related to estate planning and trusts


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ Years PQE
  • Experience in handling non-contentious private client work
  • Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
  • Awareness of risk management and compliance
  • Interest in business development and networking
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training provided for case management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
