Are you a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a passion for digital transformation? We are working with a global leader in the entertainment industry that is undergoing a large-scale Digital Transformation Programme and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support key projects.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work within the Project Management Office, supporting a number of major transformation projects across their backend systems and integrations. You’ll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, capture business processes, analyse gaps, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.

Lead workshops with stakeholders to document business processes and project requirements
Develop ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps using tools like SAP Signavio
Work with tech teams to map and manage data flow requirements
Create and manage user stories and associated business requirements
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, including test script creation and issue management

Strong experience producing Business Analysis artefacts (RACI matrices, process maps, use case diagrams, etc.)
Deep understanding of Business Analysis concepts (SWOT, MoSCoW, BPM, etc.)
Proficiency in process mapping tools (SAP Signavio, Microsoft Visio)
Ability to write SQL queries, and experience with relational databases and data-driven projects
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments

Knowledge of NoSQL databases
