About the Role
As Senior Legal Recruiter , you will take ownership of client relationships, oversee high-level recruitment processes, and play a key role in driving the growth of our business. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in legal recruitment or executive search, who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, showcasing the value of Executive Hunt’s services.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Provide strategic insights to clients by staying informed on legal market trends and developments.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
- Leverage your network to source top-tier legal talent and expand Executive Hunt’s reach.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment, executive search and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships and drive business development.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the legal industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on delivering value to clients and candidates.
