Working on behalf of our client based on a project in Oxford. We are currently recruiting for a Project Planner.

Key Duties:

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale civil construction projects using MS Project.
  • Ensure all project programs align with NEC Contract requirements, including submission, reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with project teams to define critical paths, key milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct detailed risk analysis and scenario planning to address scheduling challenges.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and proposed solutions.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
