Job Description: As a Business-to-Business Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting and selling our products/services to potential business clients.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to a targeted list of potential business clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
