This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Landscape Architect at The Gardenists in London. The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for landscape planning, design, architecture, landscaping, and creating planting plans. Their day-to-day tasks will involve designing and implementing unique and creative landscape solutions that harmonize with the surrounding elements.

Oversee design development and ensure technical compliance with project briefs.
Project Oversight:
Manage and monitor project targets, deadlines, and deliverables.
Prepare and review fee proposals, scopes of work, and performance metrics.
Inspect construction phases and enforce quality standards.
High-End Project Expertise:
Proven experience in estate gardens, hotels, city gardens, or other high-end landscape projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and rendering software like Lumion.
Strong technical and design skills across all project stages.
Horticultural Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of UK plants (horticultural expertise is a bonus).
Ability to present designs to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) with creativity and clarity.
Ability to inspire and guide team members toward project success.
