Position Type: Permanent Are you a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician looking to work in a modern, automated facility with an early finish on Fridays? MDE is recruiting a Lead Maintenance Technician for our client, a leading automotive manufacturer specializing in high-quality gearboxes and transmitters.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a brand-new site equipped with state-of-the-art automated systems.

- 5:15 pm Monday to Friday, with every other Tuesday Off Overtime available Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician: Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production flow.
Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent production delays.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards in all maintenance activities.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting (experience in aerospace engineering/manufacturing is a plus but not required).
