Investment and Development Director

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Investment and Development Director to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in property development, investment, and acquisitions.
About the Role
As the Investment and Development Director , you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, funding, and assembling high-quality development opportunities across the North of England. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results in a competitive market.
You will work closely with both private and public sector partners , nurturing existing relationships while actively identifying and introducing new stakeholders and investment opportunities to the business. Your ability to foster strong partnerships and navigate complex negotiations will be crucial to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Acquisitions & Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure development opportunities across key sectors.
✅ Funding & Investment: Structure funding solutions, engage with investors, and drive financial viability for new projects.
✅ Partnership Management: Collaborate with public and private sector stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
✅ Market Expansion: Introduce new business opportunities and drive growth across the North of England.
✅ Project Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and delivery of high-value developments from inception to completion.

Residential – Build-to-Rent, Affordable Housing, and Regeneration Projects.

PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) – Modern, high-quality student living solutions.
What We’re Looking For
A proven track record in real estate investment, acquisitions, and development.
A strong network of contacts within Local Authorities.
Strong financial acumen and experience structuring complex deals.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
A deep understanding of the North of England property market .
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion, managing risk and maximising returns.
