This opportunity is working for a highly respected and established London market insurance group. Looking for an established property treaty professional who is keen to take on a new opportunity within this Lloyd's platform. The majority of this book is cat rated, they use AIR and RMS for forecasting and is both renewal and new business.

There will be travel, this aspect of the role is essential, as well as strong analytical capabilities to make decisions on the portfolio. This opportunity offers growth and development, someone who a technical expert with significant policy wording understanding, who has been involved with negotiating contracts. This is a predominantly office based role, definitely requiring 4 days.

The client could possibly consider a cat modeller who has enjoyed this area but would actually prefer to move into a more front line opportunity, so if you've perhaps had 3 or 4 years in cat modelling with a strong aptitude on pricing and analytics, and also possess the trading capability with a keenness to develop into underwriting, this will also be considered.

A well rounded individual who has the strength of analytical aptitude alongside the interpersonal ability to build and develop broker relationships, a strong pricing ability and in the longer term someone who will be keen to develop towards further responsibility and autonomy.
