Accredited HGV Master Technician Skilled and flexible Accredited Master Technician required for a varied role at our Heathrow location Working as part of the Heathrow Service Team, you will be responsible for completing diagnostic appointments as well as repairs identified on our customers vehicles.
Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.
Routine maintenance inspections, servicing, general repairs will also be required at times.
We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of our Brands and ensuring repairs are completed within manufacturer guidelines.
On Target Realistic Earnings (OTE) £74,574.00 per annum Basic Salary up to £47,000 depending on your experience to date
- PLUS £9,000 per annum shift payment allowance Basic hours are 40 per week In addition an achievable productivity bonus up to £6,000 per annum available on reaching targets (paid monthly) Overtime readily available Weekends and outside of basic hours paid at 1.5 Split Shifts of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and 1.00pm to 10pm (one hour unpaid lunch) Benefits Multi manufacturer training programmes available we will support you with your desired career progression level Additional Technical Certification paths available Tachograph, HGV Class 1 or 2 for example 30 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays Additional leave with service loyalty (3yrs / 5yrs / 7yrs / 10yrs) Holiday Purchase Scheme (up to 3 days available to purchase) Overtime available weekdays and weekends Employer Statutory Pension Accident Policy for all employees Tool Insurance Uniform/PPE supplied Free Class IV MOT per year Mental Health First Aiders Referral bonus if you introduce your technician friends (£1500) Paternity pay Full 2 weeks Corporate uniform provided Cycle to work scheme Working for a friendly family business If you are interested in increasing your earnings further you may wish to join our Roadside Technician Rota.
