Transactional Paralegal – 6-Month Rolling Contract (Remote Secondment)

An international law firm is looking for a Transactional Paralegal to join its specialist team, with an opportunity to work directly with a major motor and home insurer’s in-house legal department. This is a 6-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a unique blend of private practice and in-house experience.

Starting with full training and initial matter work, the role transitions into a remote secondment with the client’s small, collaborative legal team. With fewer than 10 people in the department, there is real scope for hands-on involvement and progression, particularly for those who adapt quickly and demonstrate initiative.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience as a Paralegal.

• Corporate or transactional experience, particularly with commercial contracts

• A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for working in a tight-knit in-house legal team

On completion of the secondment, there may be an opportunity to rejoin the firm’s Transactional Paralegals & Support Lawyers team, making this a fantastic stepping stone for those looking to broaden their legal experience.

The role is fully remote while on secondment, with a flexible start date in early March 2025.
