Our client based in Northampton is looking for plastic setters to join their expanding team, to night shifts (Apply online only) Monday-Friday,

Salary £33,400

Shifts Monday-Friday nights (Apply online only)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and adjust plastic injection and blow molding machines for optimal performance.
Change materials, monitor processes, and troubleshoot machine settings to ensure high-quality production.
Perform regular machine maintenance and ensure equipment is running at peak efficiency.
Work closely with production teams to meet output targets and quality standards.
Ensure safety protocols and company standards are adhered to at all times.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Plastic Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, and machine setup.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
