Our client is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a 12 month contract. 3 days per week initially, with a possibility of going up to 4 days in time. 

ROLE

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude to help create a welcoming and efficient office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner, notifying employees when visitors have arrived
Answer and direct phone calls/enquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage the front desk area and ensure it remains organized, clean, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management when required
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Ensure office security by managing visitor check ins and HSE visitor induction and following company protocols.
Supporting with general maintenance coordination for the building when required
REQUIREMENTS:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience as a receptionist is essential
Exceptional interpersonal skills, who has a positive, professional manner
Customer focussed
Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
