Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Labourer to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various manual tasks on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials
- Perform general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures

Skills:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Health and safety conscious
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
