HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, flexibility needed for events

Do you thrive in a vibrant work environment? As a Receptionist & Events Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Office Manager, sales, and occasionally the marketing department. Here are some key responsibilities you'll embrace:
- Control and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering the switchboard and welcoming visitors with enthusiasm
- Become proficient with the CRM system, acting as a 'help desk' for users
- Verify and approve opportunities in Salesforce
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and assist in managing daily office operations
- Ensure a seamless rebook process for onsite events
- Distribute confirmation letters to clients, keeping everyone updated
- Maintain the accuracy of figures between the CRM and company reports
- Manage office supplies and oversee office calendars
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as needed for smooth operations

- Flexible and open to attending onsite exhibitions, primarily in the UK and occasionally abroad
