Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support them during a busy time of growth - If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

Based in NW London, this is a full time temporary position working Monday to Friday (office based), 9.00am - 5.30pm.The hourly rate is 14-15p/h.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable role:

  • Dealing with supplier invoices
  • Sending out approvals
  • Keying in invoices and coding
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Credit card and cash book payments
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and maintain the Payables Ledger
  • Prepare weekly payment runs, ensuring thorough review and timely, accurate payments
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks for various internal stakeholders as required
  • Ensure the accurate processing of purchase orders (POs)

The ideal Accounts Payable candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Payable role.
  • Knowledge of Sage 200
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
