Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support them during a busy time of growth - If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
Based in NW London, this is a full time temporary position working Monday to Friday (office based), 9.00am - 5.30pm.The hourly rate is 14-15p/h.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable role:
- Dealing with supplier invoices
- Sending out approvals
- Keying in invoices and coding
- Processing staff expenses
- Credit card and cash book payments
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and maintain the Payables Ledger
- Prepare weekly payment runs, ensuring thorough review and timely, accurate payments
- Handle ad-hoc tasks for various internal stakeholders as required
- Ensure the accurate processing of purchase orders (POs)
The ideal Accounts Payable candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Payable role.
- Knowledge of Sage 200
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
