Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to respond effectively to incidents as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including CCTV surveillance, to identify any potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
  • Assist in the training of new security personnel on protocols and procedures.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and conducting surveillance effectively.
  • Ability to administer first aid and respond calmly in emergency situations.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
