Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
- Prepare and organize resources for lessons and activities.
- Encourage pupils' social and emotional development in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with the wider staff team to support the school's values and objectives.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for working with children and supporting their education.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning styles and needs.
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has experience working within a primary school setting (desirable but not essential).
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
