Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister Valuer
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our lettings portfolio by generating new business opportunities, attending property listings, and securing new landlord clients. Your ability to identify potential leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into business will be instrumental in achieving company objectives.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer
- Estate Agency experience preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence
