Job Description: As a Junior Logistics Administrator, you will be a key part of the logistics team, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining hands-on experience in the world of international logistics. We are looking for a self-starter, eager to learn and progress in their career. If you are bright, inquisitive, and have a passion for logistics, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance into a logistics expert position.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the coordination of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of fresh produce.

* Maintain and update accurate logistics records, ensuring that all data is precise and compliant with company standards.

* Communicate with international suppliers and transport partners to track and manage orders.

* Support the preparation of logistics documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, and sales) to resolve logistics-related issues.

* Help to manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment when necessary.

* Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Provide general administrative support to the logistics department as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

* A motivated self-starter with a keen interest in logistics and transport.

* Bright and inquisitive, with the ability to pick up new processes quickly.

* Ambitious and prepared to progress within the logistics field, with a long-term goal of becoming an international logistics expert.

* Previous office administration experience is advantageous.

* Any background in transport, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus, but not essential.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
