We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Floor Manager Manager with a background in high end dining and high volume service. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in a fast paced environment and is looking to further their career in a leading establishment. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and a desire to be an integral part of a successful and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional service during busy periods.
- Provide strong leadership to the front of house team, focusing on staff training, development, and motivation.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of service, maintaining high standards in customer service and quality.
- Work closely with the management team to implement service improvements and achieve business goals.
- Hand-son involvement in day to day operations, leading by example and being present on the floor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both high volume and high end dining environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and people skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure consistent service standards.
- Strong leadership skills with a big personality who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic role.
- A stable work history with evidence of career progression and longterm commitment.
- This role offers the potential to grow into an AGM position in the future.
