Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks across our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
2. Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.
3. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, following all safety protocols.
4. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed.
5. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to team efforts.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
2. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25kg).
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
4. A proactive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills.
5. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is preferred.
6. Valid driver's licence is a plus but not mandatory.
