Repton Security Ltd holds SIA approved contractor status (ACS) for the provision of Security Guarding, Door Supervision and Key Holding services and is proud of its reputation for delivering high quality and consistent service.

We have employees who value being treated as an individual human being, not a number. It's hard work and some unsociable hours but you would never have to worry about being paid on time and all our systems are compliant with current UK legislation.

We provide a Mobile Response service to our clients from our liveried vans on patrol every night of the week. We regularly provide door supervision to Derby and Burton sites on Friday and Saturday and also have static guard sites in the Derby and Burton areas. Most of our work is at nights and weekends, with some daytime Monday to Friday.

Smart in appearance
Fluent in English if not ‘First Language’
Good written and oral communication skills
IT literate – Email, Excel, Word etc
Full clean UK driving licence (not essential)
