ADMINISTRATOR

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ADMINISTRATOR to join a well established Manufacturing business based in BILSTON.
It is an office based position, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Salary is anticipated to be in the region of £24-25k annually.
As an ADMINISTRATOR you will be primarily involved in:
* Working closely with the directors & management team
* Front of house and first point of telephone contact
* Receiving and handling customer and supplier queries
* Producing delivery notes & production related paperwork
* Assisting accounts with sales & purchase orders
* General admin type duties
The successful ADMINISTRATOR will have the following key skills and attributes:
* Administration or secretarial experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial setting
* Confident communicator at any level
* Highly computer literate & numerate
* Accurate written communication and record keeping
* Proactive problem solver with strong work ethic
This position will ideally suit an experienced ADMINISTRATOR who has gained broad based experience within an Industrial type business such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Facilities Management or even Transport.
