Working Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week, operating on a shift basis of 2 days on followed by 4 days off

Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years’ experience in working with children/young people.
  • A minimum of one year at a senior level within a children’s home setting.
  • Experience in managing a staff team.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • The ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, professionals, and the young people in our care.
  • A completed NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
