Whether you’re looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something a little more awesome, this is a fantastic opportunity for those who'd like to experience all the key entry-level roles we have on offer here at Tesla, and receive expert career mentorship from industry professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.

We are currently offering up to 25 total Future Talent Trainee vacancies across our following UK & Ireland locations (1 Trainee vacancy available per location):

  • London: Heathrow, Gatwick, Park Royal, Tottenham
  • Home Counties: Guildford, Milton Keynes, St Albans

This programme has a strong focus on potential rather than academic achievement. For this reason, please note the recruitment process for this programme will only consist of 3 short stages: a 15-min online assessment questionnaire, a telephone screening call with a Recruiter, and an in-person group assessment day (hosted at select locations) in late February.

What to Expect

Start Date: 1st April 2025

Duration: 12 months

Time Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including weekend working)

What You’ll Do

This is your chance to enroll onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting hands-on opportunity to rotate around all our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 12-month programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in taking accountability for their own learning & development to support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.

As part of this single fast-track 12-month programme, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change subject to business needs, the core business functions you can expect to experience include:

  • Front of House: Helping provide an excellent experience to visitors, customers, and employees
  • Delivery: Assisting customers upon vehicle collection to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Parts: Supporting the non-technical service team in sourcing & allocating vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Assisting customers ahead of their scheduled service visits (learning to diagnose faults, and/or educating customers)
  • Service: An introduction to performing our most common vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their purchase journey
  • Elective Rotation: The final stepping-stone. This rotation will correlate with your potential future role post-programme.

Your journey doesn’t end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, subject to your performance & progression during the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme, you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles that align with your strengths and aspirations.

What You’ll Bring
  • Holding a Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the time of start date
  • Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, open demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
  • Willingness to travel to different Tesla office locations or events on a regular basis
  • Not be in full-time education when the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year students)
