This is your chance to work directly with the Head of Quantity Surveying on exciting projects valued up to £10M. Your Role as Quantity Surveyor
Take the reins on exceptional projects from inception to completion, guiding procurement strategy and advising on contractual claims while showcasing your expertise.
Lead with Impact: Drive high-end residential projects through every stage of the lifecycle.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the Head of Quantity Surveying and a talented team to exceed client expectations.
Expand Your Expertise: Hone your skills across a mix of new builds and extensive refurbishments, ensuring no two days are ever the same.Who You Are
Experienced Professional: A Quantity Surveying degree and at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a PQS/Cost Management environment.
Technical Mastery: Strong pre- and post-contract expertise, confident in taking full ownership of projects.
Mobile & Motivated: A driving licence and a proactive, client-focused approach.What's in It for You?
