We value curiosity, celebrate new ideas, and empower you to take ownership of your career while making a meaningful impact for the businesses we serve. If you’re ready to bring your unique perspective to a place where your work truly matters; think of Gallagher.   OverviewWe are seeking a passionate individual who is dedicated to ensuring excellence to join our team of experts as a Quality Assurance Analyst to help setup and oversee the implementation of assurance processes within Gallagher teams. This is an 18 month FTC and over this time you will be working on a project to help setup assurance and align assurance activity to ensure it meets Gallagher standards. If you have experience within the insurance industry, we are particularly interested in hearing from you. Your expertise, sound judgment, and compliance track record will be invaluable in keeping our organisation on the right track.  Working alongside a committed, professional, and assertive team, you will provide oversight and monitoring of our UK Retail teams, ensuring compliance and excellence in our operations.   We are open to considering candidates who will work remotely (in the UK), with the expectation of traveling across the UK. Travel costs will be covered.   Please note: This is not a technical or software testing role. We are seeking candidates with experience in quality assurance within the insurance industry, focusing on compliance, operational oversight, and regulatory standards. How you'll make an impactLead the independent oversight and monitoring of the UK Retail offices Use your experience in insurance and quality to ensure the risks presented to our business are mitigated by giving feedback and identifying trends in audits  Conduct accurate audits in line with our monitoring requirements  Build relationships with key stakeholders within the business, acting on feedback for service enhancement  Collaborate with branch and project teams to establish and document oversight and monitoring parameters  Implement and update the oversight framework, ensuring seamless integration within the Gallagher estate  Participate in supervisory and conduct meetings, producing insightful reports as needed  Assist with FCA reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions  Provide monthly reports to the UK Retail Conduct and Risk Forum, highlighting performance and potential risks  Keep up to date with industry knowledge to ensure appropriate proficiency levels are maintained, especially Financial Conduct Authority compliance requirements   About YouSimilar experience within QA in the insurance industry is essentialEducated to GCSE standard or equivalent, having or working towards CII/ Dip CII.
