DAY TO DAY:

  • Handling all company emails
  • Ensure effective communication within the organisation
  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses.
  • Monitor credit accounts and reconcile ledgers.
  • Coordinate with the director to ensure timely payments.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Engage with customers and promote events.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts for staff positions.
  • Conduct staff inductions and provide ongoing training.
  • Compile and analyse weekly reports on key performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage payroll processing, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate music playlists and entertainment schedules.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with management to maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment.
  • Implement regular cleaning schedules.
  • Keep accurate records for auditing purposes.
  • Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring both bars are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Organise and oversee events, including special promotions and themed nights.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a general manager or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills.

Monday - Friday 9-6pm

Salary - up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
