You will establish & maintain relationships and work closely with partners & directors across the business to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions along with providing realisation of the benefits and outcomes.You will be supported by diverse and dynamic team of technologists based across different locations. You will be coming into a team which is vibrant, energetic, intelligent, and always ready to surprise you with new ground-breaking learnings.This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home most of the time with coming to the office as required or to attend team meetings and workshops. What will be required:Proactively identify and assess potential automation opportunities within the business, analysing processes to determine feasibility and benefitsConducting discovery sessions of processes to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.Work alongside process SME’s and automation developers to break down and analyse existing business processes in detail to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA/NLP supported solution.Able to work with stakeholder on change management activities based on training and related tasks.Set deadlines working with key stakeholders, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of your projects.Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and issues.Manage project timelines and coordinate development testing with the operation and technology partners.Establish relationships and work closely with partners across the business to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions.Connect to your skills and professional experience EssentialProcess Design using relevant tools such as Visio, process mapping, task capture.Efficiency in automation process coverage including business exceptions.Delivery Management keep the team motivated to enable them to achieve commitments and delivery whilst liaising with process SME’s and stakeholders.Possesses a strong understanding of how to leverage AI to optimize and enhance automation processes.Excellent problem-solving skills: thinking outside the box is always key.Provide Business Analysis whilst also managing others in the business analysis discipline.Proven ability to identify process exceptions and creatively apply Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) methodologies to enhance automation effectiveness.Senior Stakeholder Management including partners and directors.Advance skills in presentation, influencing and documentation.Relevant degree qualification desirable.Certified in Business Analysis/Project Management qualification.The ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience of RPA tools, including the use of AI & NLP.Certified in one or more RPA tools.Experience with working with offshore teams.DesirableProfessional services industry experience.Experience / Certified in cloud platforms.Certified in UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst Professional (or equivalent)Demonstrates a strong understanding of and passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applicationsCertified in Azure AI Fundamentals (or equivalent)Certified in prompt engineeringConnect to your business – Enabling FunctionsCollaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
