As the Head of Investments Data, BI & Analytics you will play a critical role within the Investments Technology Team at Janus Henderson Group, leading a team of data engineers, data analysts, and BI report developers. Your main objective is to build and manage a comprehensive data repository designed as a semantic layer on Snowflake to meet the varied needs of front office stakeholders, systems, and clients. This position reports directly to the Head of Investments Technology and works closely with key stakeholders in the business, IT, and the enterprise data management group to ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
