Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Caseworker to work temporarily within Sunderland. You will carryout telephone assessments to process for Local Welfare Provision (LWP) applications for Crisis Support, Community Care Support and household support fund.
Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:
Rate: £17.18 per hour.
Hour: Full time - Monday to Friday.
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working.
Essential Experience:
- Of working in a fast paced office environment managing a high workload
- Of completing work on time and to a high standard of accuracy
- Of working with all Microsoft computer applications, especially, teams, word and excel. Able to use a PC to prepare documents, record information and input data
- Of dealing with customers, face to face and on the telephone.
