Our team will work from a brand’s existing assets, or nothing at all to create outstanding static and animated creative, within just a few days.The Creative Sales Manager role:You will join an established business with the energy of a start-up and loyal client base of well-known brands in a newly created role that you will be able to shape and make your own.Reporting to the company founders and owners (located in London), you will be responsible for building new strategic partnerships to complement our existing client base with the goal to bring in new hires supporting you as your success grows.You will develop an understanding of our client’s business, products, services, customers, and objectives as part of your relationship building to best deliver our solutions.Key Responsibilities Include:+ Proactively creating, managing, and growing strategic partnerships from targeted, recognised leading brands in identified key sectors
+ Influencing both internal and external stakeholders at various levels with a collaborative but effective, results orientated approach. Typically, your external stakeholders will include key decision makers across multiple brands and industries
+ Developing an understanding of our client’s business, products, services, customers, and objectives as part of your relationship building
+ Utilising these key strategic relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities
+ Strategically reviewing and optimising our sales proposition with the leadership team to improve sales performanceAbout you:+ At least 5 years experience in sales and business development in a creative or advertising field to well-known brands
+ Experience building out a sales funnel (with support from marketing staff).
+ Experience working in high growth / scale up environments. We are an established business but still think and act with the agility and passion of a start-up
+ Solutions oriented and a proven track record in exceeding revenue goals
+ Self-motivation and drive to make things happen – this is a new role within the organisation and requires an individual that has the energy and ambition to hit the ground running
+ Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, demonstrates initiative and follow through
+ Ability to comfortably present, engage and influence at a senior level e.g., Director level and above for medium and large international corporates
+ Goal orientated with proven negotiation skills and track record of sales success
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ A positive attitude and high EQ to optimise sales growth whilst nurturing long term client relationships
+ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business
+ Fluency in English
+ Strong relationships and / or previous experience with digital creative agencies and social media platforms
