What you could be doing as a Graduate?
Resolving issues and acting as trusted adviser to answer deeply technical inquiries on ML acceleration solutions across Arm IP including NPUs, CPUs, GPUs and other Neural Network accelerators.
Delivering world-class technical training, whether by virtual classroom or travelling off-site to visit customers in person
Producing excellent technical enablement content for the Arm Developer website and training portal
Bridging the gap between Arm's customers and internal engineering teams, providing detailed feedback and customer insights to improve our products and ensure we are best enabling customer success
We are looking for individuals who:
Hold (or are on track to hold) a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other relevant subject. Other degree types may be considered with relevant experience.
Skills & Experiences:
Passion for solving technical problems and strong analytical approaches.
Ability to express ideas and communicate effectively.
Good software engineering skills, in programming and debugging such as C, C++ or Python.
Hands-on experience of machine learning and neural networks.
Some work experience in technical companies or labs is welcome.
Qualities that will help your application stand out:
Good interpersonal skills with an analytical approach and can explain things clearly.
Curiosity about technology outside of the classroom – personal projects, hackathons, or internships etc.
Adaptability and willing to learn how to use unfamiliar tools and systems.
Desire to continuously develop skills and accept a variety of responsibilities and challenges.
Additional Information:
Arm Graduate roles require you to be graduating in 2025 or before.
If you are graduating after 2025 you will not be eligible for a Graduate role, but you will be eligible for our Intern roles. Our Intern roles will be advertised on the Arm Early Careers website
