The Strategy Support Engineer will will support the strategy of the program as required. He is motivated to reach goals and objectives and promote high-standards, quality of service. The role requires travelling to race events. The duties of the Strategy Support Engineer will include:   Strategy Support Assist as required Provide independent advice to Strategy Lead Pre Event History - Last Event & Last Year Tyre Modelling - Energy/Deg/Wear/Warmup, by Compound/Track Temp/Individual Wheel for Algorithm BOP – Summary & Sensitivity Weather, base numbers, event/track/car Overview & Software Specific, energy eave – efficiency, cost/benefit Regulation review Event (Lead Up to Race) Assist with information gathering, practice/qualifying plans, briefings and documentation Practice/Qualifying Tyre Analysis & Modelling Tyre strategy overview through the use of different compounds Assist with Pre-Race Briefing & Documentation Race Preferred option and viable alternatives for race strategy Analyse Risks and opportunities for possible calls Post Event Numerical Analysis Assist with SWG/Management Group Reporting   The Strategy Support Engineer should have the following desired skillset:    Hands on approach with a flexible “Can Do” & “Will Do” attitude. Flexible with workload and tight deadline Knowledge of English required, notions of German considered as a bonus.
