BMS Project/Commissioning Engineerto join the successfulProjectsteam. This isa Home Based(North West) role.
The Role
The role will involve supporting the Project Managers delivering energy reduction projects in the field of BMS and LED lighting controls. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served BMS Commissioning Engineer to work with a growing team.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Working in line with CDM Regulations 2015.
- Commissioning of control panels and BMS systems.
- Generation and implementation of BMS Software/Strategies
- Reactive BMS support.
- QC inspections, client demonstrations and client training.
- Communication with the project team and the office-based support team with regular updates, consultation, and support in safe working.
- Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Youll have extensive experience operating as a BMS Commissioning Engineer within the Building controls Industries in the UK marketplace.
- You should have extensive knowledge of either Trend, Siemens, Schneider or Tridium.
- A working understanding of energy efficiency projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 18thEdition and 2391 advantageous
- Driving license valid for driving in the UK
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and the Office package
