In this role, you will work closely with adults of all ages who have learning disabilities, complex care needs, and may present challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that care is personalised and responsive to each individual's evolving needs.
- Uphold high standards of quality and compliance within our services.
- Provide guidance and support to your team, fostering exceptional care delivery.
- Experience in a deputy or management role, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our services.
- NVQ Level 4 or above, or QCF Level 5 in Management (or willingness to work towards it).
- Ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration.
- Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed.
- A full driving licence.
