Working for a Fast-paced high level financial services company based near Tottenham Court Road.

The Infrastructure Support team is tasked with managing all aspects of our Technology Infrastructure, encompassing both a modest physical infrastructure presence and an expanding virtualized environment. Currently, the team supervises several vital services maintained by external providers. Moreover, they are actively engaged in a significant initiative to set up and transition to an autonomous public cloud-based infrastructure, marking a pivotal phase in our migration away from our current infrastructure provider.

•Guide the helpdesk/service desk team in delivering outstanding day-to-day IT support, adeptly resolving issues spanning systems, hardware, and fundamental cloud services, with a specific focus on the Azure environment.

•Manage ticket escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

•Act as the main liaison for IT support within the organization, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as required.

•Create and uphold documentation for IT procedures, systems, and commonly encountered issues..

•Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, nurturing a culture centered on ongoing learning and enhancement.

•Oversee projects concerning the enhancement and implementation of IT systems and services.
