About the Company My client, a Public Sector organisation based in the North West are currently recruiting for a Senior Mental Health specialist PM with a background in either Adults or Children's Mental Health. The role is offered on a full time basis, with a hybrid working model attending site 2-3 days per week. The contract will be for an initial period of 6 months.

The successful candidate will have a relevant nursing/social work or AHP qualification, or legal background.

  • Key Skills/Experience Demonstrable Mental Health experience at a senior level, with either a Health or Social Care background
  • Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health legislation including Mental Health Capacity Act, pathways, as well as other national guidance
  • Experience of engaging and challenging decisions for Mental Health funding and the ability to engage and influence across all levels
  • A background in attending/chairing relevant panels
  • Nursing, Social Work or Legal/AHP qualification pertaining to Mental Health
  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills
