We're searching for a passionate and experienced Paid Social Media Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a performance and results-driven mindset to enhance our online presence and contribute to our overall marketing goals.
This role is built for a well organised and creative marketing expert with a keen eye for detail and a passion for being at the forefront of paid marketing. They’ll be a skilled all-rounder and can turn your hand to everything from content planning to paid activation and detailed analytics. You understand the power of social media in shaping trends and reaching audiences.
You’ll be social-media savvy and feel comfortable using Meta and TikTok, plus have a strong understanding of GA4. You thrive in the electric excitement of a busy working environment and are excited about joining a growing team and working in the office 5 days per week.
As our Paid Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our paid social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and to have a direct impact on the increase of sales. You will play a crucial role in driving our social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTik, and more.
Additionally, reporting, analysis, insight and optimisation are an essential role you will play. This position involves close collaboration with wider teams to continually enhance the overall growth and marketing strategy with a focus on driving awareness, brand storytelling, and serving as a crucial revenue driver.
From strategic planning through to continued analysis of campaign performance and iteration, you will look to increase awareness, grow sales, and maximise ROI.
As Paid Social Executive, you'll assist in all elements of the paid marketing function as well as a continued support of the wider social media management efforts, this includes but is not limited to;
Lead and develop a fully integrated paid social marketing strategy for each stage of the funnel including revenue targets, new customer acquisition and budget management
Planning, building, activating and executing on Meta, TikTok and other social channels
Perform ongoing creative, audience and budget optimisations
A/B test, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI across paid social campaigns
Support in developing media strategy and building media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)
Content Development
Consistently research the digital & paid media landscape for ideas and inspiration and best practice
Work closely with the appropriate teams to brief and request and evolve brand and product assets
Modify, develop, conceptualise video/static content to be used for paid social media needs
Stay up-to-date on social trends (e.g. styles, memes, audios, formats, consumer interests, emerging platforms), constantly integrating into the strategy
Reporting and Analysis
Regular impactful analysis of paid performance and reporting.
A deep understanding of paid media KPIs, including ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPC, CPA, CPM, etc. and driving new client acquisition and leveraging data trends
reporting of Social/SEO/Affiliate/Organic to identify true incremental & positive ROI opportunities
At least 3 years of marketing experience
~ Analytical, detail-driven, creative and willing to get stuck in.
~ Proven experience and examples of success in paid media strategy, planning, and execution, preferably in the health & wellness industry
~ Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
~ Experience with activation and execution on Meta/TikTok marketing platforms
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for influencing and storytelling
~ Ability to commute to office 5 days per week
