The Senior Health and Safety Manager role
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) department supports the business to reduce HSW risk and create positive working environments.
At SRM, our goal is to achieve industry leading HSW performance. The purpose of the Senior H&S Manager is to support this key sizeable project to achieve the highest levels of H&S performance. Reporting to and working closely with the project director, acting as a mentor for members of the project team.
Experience of providing highly technical H&S support to complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
Competent understanding and ability to apply root cause analysis
NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health and Safety
