About the role:
- Promptly identifying and reporting any analytical failures to the operational team
- Efficiently coordinating concession, pre-shipment samples, and urgent orders with the customer support team
- Conducting a range of audits and swabs to uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards
- Validation activities, including allergen, homogeneity, and shelf-life testing
- Verifying batch documents and labels prior to production
- Collating analysis results for the timely release of finished products
